Yes, they do.

But I either make or download mods. The current list of mods I have is...

Mercenaries- Hire Mercs from people, for a respectable amount of gold. E.G. Barbarians from Olav for 400 gold a piece. Infinite followers aloud.
Talkie toaster Recruit full pack- Allows a wide span of commands to friends, equip them, borrow their things, make them pick ingredients, give them gold and send them to shops, etc.
Midas spells- Spells that are quite useful, crushing stones, meteor storm. Over 70 spells.
Hilarity- Spells that screw up the game, summon things, make a beggar hercules, summon Balrog, and more. Over 60 spells.
Arena Trainer- Beld the arena trainer. Spar with him 5 times and win to get the Silvanblade.
Arena improvement- Allows looting and Team battles. 2v2, 4v4, 6v6
Travellers- Adds people randomly with random things. They respawn with an array of names, looks and gear. To be used with Talkie Toaster's kit.
Cheydinhal Petshop- An amazing shop where you can buy pets that get more powerful as you level. At least 13 pets, including Akaviran Panda, Battle boar, Akaviran Cougar.
Capture balls- Pokemon, nuff said. Capture and release to make the person or creature in the pokeball attack the target.
Faction Recruitment- Hire Mages, Fighters, and blackwood members. Useful with Essentials.
Dark empire's guild- A guild.
A custom recruit template- Self made.

When I first bought the game for my 360 I thought it was the biggest Waste for like 25 bucks, (just got the base game)
Then I found out that if i killed someone the dark brotherhood would contact me, and I found some guy sleeping in his house in the woods (I think the athletic trainer near Chorrol)
The rest is history.

I remembered a few days how much I loved Oblivion, so actually bought some Microsoft points so I could download Knights of the Nine. This is a very good expansion so far, but it's made the game lag A LOT... Hmm.. I wonder if it's the expansion or just my 360 starting to show death signs.

Guys I just got this game. I went to the imperial city and found some dude named Shady Sam. I thought why not have a conversation with this interesting looking fellow, when all of a sudden I accidentally clicked my attack button and shot an arrow in his face! Now he won't stop attacking me and he's like invincible!

Try blocking and then the activate button.
If his disposition is high enough - he should stop attacking you.

If that fails run to the guards.
Shady Sam is pretty useless, anyway.

Unless he's a quest character....
