Hi! I am a newcomer to Oblivion, and I may need some advice. Currently, I got a Destruction/Blade warrior and I need to know if:

- using my destruction spells on harder enemies gets me more experience in Destruction

- using higher level spells increases that type of spell's level quickly

- fastest way to get light armor master?

- How to avoid becoming a vampire when fighting one.....

Enemies that have higher health take longer to kill, so you get more EXP

Avoid all attacks, use invis/chameleon, fight with fire.

each spell you cast gives a standard amount of exp in destruction (depending on wether it is a specialisation/major/minor)
destruction spells need a target for them to work (so if you miss a ranged one, you don't get exp), an easy way to raise destruction is make a custom spell with weakness to fire 1% (or lowest possible) for 1 sec on self, and spam it while u're walking around doing stuff.

wear it, summon a skeleton and make it attack you (hit it 3 times)

you don't "become a vampire", all you do is contract porphyric hemophealia (spelling?)
if you have this, DONT GO TO SLEEP, or you will become a vampire, just go to a chapel and heal yourself at the altar. (this only works if you fame is higher then your infamy)

hey i have a really important question. is there any other way to unbecome a vampire without getting 5 empty grand soul gems. and if not can any one tell me the location of any 5 empty soul gems. plz someone help. it's such a pain in the ass to be a vampire.

What is your level?

You can buy them now and then, i think in mages guilds and in the mystic emporium in IC.
Other then that, the only way to get rid of vampirism is through console commands(=cheating).

If you are at least level 12, any of the Merchants who sell magical equipment may stock them.
Places where you can always find empty grand soul gems include:

* Calindil at the Mystic Emporium in the Market District has one, which can be bought or pickpocketed.
* With the exception of Skingrad, the merchant in each city's Mages Guild has one which can either be bought or pickpocketed.
* You can steal one from Melisande's basement (accessible through the fireplace next to her bed).
* There is one available in nearby Squandered Mine while you are on this quest.
* There is one available in the Crayfish Steep zone of nearby Crayfish Cave.
* There is one in the Arch-Mage's Lobby of the Arcane University. It is in a locked display case along with two more Grand Soul Gems that are not empty.
* There is one in a locked display case in the Mage Quarters of the Arcane University at the bottom : of the staircase on the left as you enter.
* The Chorrol Mages' Guild has one empty one in a locked display case in a room just left of the front door, and another one in a display case beside the stairs. If you are a Guild member, picking the locks and taking the gems will not count as a crime.

i am sort of new to oblivion and i need to know how i repent my crimes to pray at the alters
I have gone to jail and it hasn't worked. I have fought things and now stuff like strength and agility are in the red. Is there any other way to get it back up?

When the chapel says "Repent crimes", it means you have more infamy then fame. Do some good stuff, quests, etc.

Adoring fan is infinite. There is a few mods that stop his respawn, however.

Oh, that and some other mods i have in there, test 1, test 2, test dhdkldj etc. were some mods I tried to make, but I just havn't removed them yet.

Oh, I havn't put any up, they're just trash mods, like shite ruins with no interior, fast weapons, etc. If you want to learn how to mod, this is what I learned with.

You know of any good gun mods, aswell?
The ones I have are the M1 carbine, which fires our the top like a staff, tommy gun mod, which just plain sucks, AK47 grenadier mod, best one probably, but it has this annoying pink spot on it, cerberus from Fantasy mod, Soul gun (Blunderbuss) and if you count it, the rocket launcher from the Fantasy mod. I also have this really great textured James bond pistol that a friend made for me, but it doesn't quite work.

I heard good things about it so I shelled my money on the 360 version. I think the cities are too far apart, and wolves shouldnt fucking follow me on a horse halfway across the fucking forest and kill the shit out of me, they should just give up. Other than that it is ok as far as I am concerned. Oh yeah and what the fuck, it sent me on a mission that was like 3 times harder than what I should be doing.

you can fast travel.. open your map an select a city

i got JQ assasin quest, lost spire(really nice!), thievery in the IC, servant of dawn.

The guild has spread to a lot of places.
Including farms. I copied the Odiil family and changed their names. I duped them, and using Talkie Toaster's companion mod (Full pack) I made them harvest on a lot of places.
