- has to be relevant to newgrounds or madness combat
- No Profanity, swearing
- No longer than 17 characters including spaces
- No less than 10 characters including spaces
- have fun

there will only be one winner sorry, they will receive a admin job on the site and if you have made flashes they will be promoted there as well as well as many perks, but the new subtitle will go into affect when the site is fixed sorry but it may take awhile, due to our web hoster lost alot of our data, Good Luck!!!
