What Robotnik Is going to be used the more realistic one or the older one?

Well I have a good feeling about this game. The graphics look nice, the gameplay looks back to basics, but Im kinda worried about sonic turning into a werewolf because:
1. Its taking a formula of Twilight Princess
2. Sonic team could cock this up like Shadow the Hedgehog
We'll just to have to wait and see how it turns out

John, it DOES have a wii version of the game! its for XBOX 360, PS3, AND WII !

According to something I read, I forget where exactly, this game engine has been in the works since 2005, around Shadow the Hedgehog's release.

So let's see here, inbetween the release of this game and shadow, we had:
A bunch of handheld games released,
Sonic 2006,
Secret Rings,
Olympic games,
and Bioshock's game.

... Sonic 2k6 was doomed from the start ...

Sega isn't the problem. Nintendo is. They were jealous of sonic, so when they got the chance, they ruined it by buying it. And, Sonic 2006? Man, do I even wanna know?

It looks like a mix between SA2B and Sonic Rush... which is great! I've been watching this video over and over again. I've been a Sonic fan ever since first I played it on the Genesis, and I've bought the Advance games (which are fun).

Grails look tight, the 2D.5 mix with 3D is the shit, the graphics are great, and I even saw some old-school Sonic stuff in there. I can only hope they perfect this... because of next-gen they better have online multiplayer (not SA2B shit, fun stuff), chao garden (I do it for the love..) and the levels aren't repetitive.

This werewolf seems stupid, I've always wanted to become Super Sonic in the actual level and fly around. Maybe this is what they are trying to do where you can change into wolfsonic and have different abilities... to solve puzzles or beat the shit out of something.

Although I practically lost hope in SEGA for ever making another good Sonic game after witnessing the epic fail that is known as Sonic '06, I'm actually psyched about the new Sonic Unleashed! And the brand new gameplay footage pretty much cements my trust in this game!

I read in Nintendo power that it's going to be a 3-D sidescroller unlike all of the games on PS2, PS3, Gamecube, Wii, and others, oh and the reason that most of the newer Sonic games suck is because they are 3-D freeroamers but the new one will be like Viewtiful Joe, running back and forth and having to stay on a course.

Actually, DIMPS (they made the Sonic Advance/Rush games) is handling the level design of the Wii/PS2 version.
So it's not gonna be some lazy port.

If the Wii version isn't as epic as that vid, I'm gonna cry...

This game seem more on the line of secret rings (not SA) and rush. Hopefully it wouldn't pull off what secret rings did and have a few nice levels and good controls and a shit load of retarded objectives.

Least we know this not turn out like Sonic 2k6.

Good for them. They finally realized that Sonic 3D games don't work. I think this might be his last stand....I just hope it's good.
