I guessed what game that was, not from the graphics themselves, but the FPS counter. I recognised it as the text used in source for that, and then guessed that it was DoD/DoD:S from the Allies/Axis symbols in the top left.

It's Rocket: Robot on Wheels. It was made by Sucker Punch actually, the same chaps who made the Sly games!

Here another N64 game which is slightly obscure, but it's today recognised as inventing a now [perhaps] over-used game mechanic... can you guess which one it is?
