I actually try to blam KK flashes when most people vote 5. I get tired of there childish flashes and no matte how many times I vote 0 they pass. But there was only one time recorded in history of a KK flash getting blammed.

This is gonna sound wierd but I just realized that I have a stuffed animal Domo that I got for christmas like three years ago. I knew the name and brown monster thing sounded familiar, but wow.
I used to try and blam the kitty krew stuff, now I just vote 2 so not to boost the score more than I must but getting a protect point. Also, what is the <iM> group-thing supposed to be? That group posts things that are practically pornographic. I think I saw one that was a real woman kicking a real man in the balls. I don't know what's up with that, but I'm not sure actual porn-type stuff is supposed to be in the portal. Ugh.

I have no idea what that stand for. I blammed one of there submissions but the others passed. You need a high voting pow to get more blam points. But the reason I don't get as much B/P as most of you I vote stuff on what I think not if it will pass or not. If there is a ok flash I dislike I will vote 1 and if there is a crap flash that I like I will vote 2. Im trying to become a better blammer though. It is hard trying to find useless flash in the portal. Im making only 10 blams a day. But when I try to get saves to I make 70 B/P.

2. How can you confirm if people are voting 5 on it?

One of the NGPD's most important missions is to teach members to be honest and fair voters. That means that every flash must be treated equally regardless of who made it. So don't just blam vote a submission because it was made by the KK or some less "prestigious" group.

I don't usually turn sour like this, but when people lack integrity when judging flashes that really irks me. If anything, stuff like that only adds to the problem.

The Kitty Krew is nothing new. People have been complaining about the KK since at least 2007. I've actually seen them post quality flash, i.e., something that actually has value to watch and play.
I vote them the way I would any other flash: By quality. They never have anything that will make it into the Top 50, sure, but it's not worth losing your temper over.
And no, I am not a member of the KK.
Just as a clarification: only the guy was nude, it was really gross.
As for the kitty krew, I watch every video all the way through, and some I've given less than or more than 2, but that's pretty much my standard score. I haven't "given up on the portal". I just think that most of the stuff they post will get through. If it's outstandingly bad, I'll try to blam it, but oh well.

You're missing the point.
One of the cornerstones of the idea behind both the NGPD and the EGB is voting fairly. As in, voting based on the flash's quality, not the likelihood of it passing. People giving it a 2 "because it'll pass anyway" are the whole reason most of them pass in the first place. If everyone who takes that mentality stopped being so mindless, the amount of spam in the portal would pretty much dry up completely. More info on this can be found here.
P.S: Voting primarily for points, with no regard for if the flashes deserve the score or not, has seen people "resign" (get thrown out) of the NGPD in the past. Just so you know.

I have given them a low score when there flashes show one picture in many different colors and have extremly loud noise. Not all KK flashes are like that but those are the ones that I have given a 0. Actually some of there flashes are decent and have earned there 2 or 3 honestly. I always give them a chance by watching there videos through entirely.

To bad mass voting is used to get a crappy flash through. If the flash is really bad let it get blammed while it is in judgement. I bet some members in a crew(KK and others) do have decent talent in flash but they mostly send out garbadge. Like I said in a previous post is it for fun for them to send out spammy or crap flashes?

First off let's get the apologies out of the way here. I'm sorry for being late with the roster. This weekend... Has been hectic, and uncontrollable. Hopefully this week wont be as bad... But never mind. The roster is officially out now, and I'm happy again that even though it's a day late... You guys have actually got a roster.
I've gone through the roster and corrected the small mistakes I've left for a while, for example the "Gain per member" at the bottom, still said 13 members, when we've had 17 (before MiLink and Domo) for a while now. So the calculations were wrong, and just little other things which don't mean anything to you, but a lot to me. Haha.
I'd also like to comment on the activity, not only in this thread but on the forums. Keep up the good work guys, you're doing excellent. just how the NGPD USED to be. I said to Tails over AIM before... I plan to become active again and post a lot more. Now-a-days, I just don't have the time. Bleh!
On a final note... I'd just like to thank Tails YET AGAIN (I thanked him on AIM :3) for the heart warming, and honourable passage he wrote for me on the NGPD Hall of Fame. I was surprised he did that for me, yet I greatly appreciate the kind words that are in that passage, and I would hope that I wouldn't let this club down by my inactivity. I'm not going anywhere. Just because I don't post... Doesn't mean I'm not lurking. ;)

Cool I am in the roster! Under the apprentice list but I am in there(hopefully by the next roster I will become a full member!). It seems that I have the lowest ranked badge in the entire roster, next to MiLink he has more B/P's then me though,well hopefully not for long! Well look at that!
