Uh, where? The NGPD forum is about as dead as it gets, and has been like that for some time. Are people just annoying you in your inbox or something? I'm not seeing any trace of this bitching and moaning anywhere.
It's not final whether or not we'll adopt this new method, personally I find it rather slow since we'll have to wait for members to cast their votes, half of which aren't around for one reason or another. It's better suited for the Barracks because they have more consistent regulars than the NGPD does.
I would have to agree with the idea of leaving it up to those people who've actually been here for the apprenticeship week. After all, what good's the opinion of a regular (or anyone for that matter) who wasn't actually paying attention during the important times anyway?

okay im done reading the FAQ,The hall of fame,All on that site(it took a couple hours).But the only question I have is the arsenal.I would of read through it but I don't know if it is something that is out dated and no longer used or is there some kind of use to it.That is my only question after that im ready to start contributing to the club

I don't think that was ever actually used. It's just one of Tails' old brain-farts that's still kicking around the old site. To that effect, there's a ton of stuff on the website that's fallen into obscurity and gone without updates for ages.

Ive been really working my way to silver its just not finding as much abusive reviews as I used to.And I would be closer but some one friend went on my account and flagged like crazy.Im surprised i didn't lose my bronze

I don't think it's an issue with us and marking the reviews, I think it's an issue of the ones we mark not being see by the mods, which irritates me to an extent.
I'm still trying to get a bronze whistle. At one point I had a garbage one. Thanks to SlntCobra1 for all you help so far. We'll get it one day :). I was going to aim for a silver but I think I'd be happy with a bronze.

I know I thought I would never get bronze but I finally got it one day and I thought I would be satisfied with it but now it doesn't look flashy enough.Once I get silver Im going to be good with that.Cause I do not really like the looks of gold

Sheizen has a comprehensive and detailed guide for finding and verifying abusive reviews as mentioned earlier, Cobra's known for sniffing out abusive material like a bloodhound, and even I know a thing or two about getting a deity whistle.

While whistles aren't a pillar function of the NGPD, if anyone needs a hand with improving their own whistle then we'll be more than happy to help out. After all, you need at least a bronze as part of the Barrack's requirement for joining.

We're sticking only with flaggable flashes in the thread. However, in our forum or your news posts are both fair game. Reason being that this would most likely lead the NGPD down the same path as Rage's thread and we wouldn't want that. But I appreciate the effort :3

If anyone needs help with their whistles, just talk to me. I'm usually on AIM all day and all night, except for Friday nights from 5-8:30+ and Saturday mornings 9-12 and Saturday nights from 5-8:30+.
Oh, by the way, I just finished making up a blog post showcasing all the really dumb reviews I had screencapped. It's just for fun really, nothing to do with whistles or anything, but (while we're on the subject) I thought some people here would get a few laughs out of it. So yeah.

Thanks for the heads up mate. Keep an eye out for those really high rated flashes as well, even those can attract some poor reviews, mostly from trolls.

Yea I checked it out, last year over 1000 flashes where submitted. Also, even though I've been a member here sense 07 this will be the first year I've partaken in the Clock day activitys. This. Will. Be. Fun.
Also, because I plan to do so much b/p during clock day I'm not going to do much b/p untill then, that way I know I won't accidently have to resign haha.
