Also I've noticed the EGB has been booming with stolen flashes all of which I missed. Feels real bad man. I've been stuck with this silver whistle for way to long. I'm starting to hate the taste.

Well there is a slight problem. If you looked at the first post you would have noticed, you need to have B/P equal to 400-2,499 i.e Portal Security to Police Captain. Second you need 50 posts at the minimum. And lastly, you need to have posts of good quality, which you don't really have.

Though I am not the Commissioner nor the Unit-Op I can't accually say yes or no but I'm sure that they would agree.
