Yes, I specifically told him I was taking care of the roster this week. It's not that hard to listen to simple instructions, I know he got it, since he even posted the pm I sent him telling him I was taking care of the roster.

I don't care what the freaking reason is, if you're told something, you show a little patience and you wait. I don't care if it's Monday where he is when I post the roster, if I go out on Saturday night, which is most weeks, I don't get up til noon on Sunday. And I'm on PST. So yea, it might be a little later than what you're used to.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't Lizz actually posted the roster on monday several times? Well, in any case the roster turned out nice, thanks for it letiger.

Hey, don't get me wrong, it's not a valid reason by any measure. Even if you didn't show up at all today, what's the harm in having it a day late anyway? When you put this roster next to the EGB's monthly one, it makes it seem like a bit of a luxury to have updates every week.

...I miss being in a weekly roster... :(

I post it on Mondays because i physically CAN'T do it on Sundays. Not because when I ask someone to do it for me, the users are in different timezones and this stuff gets blown up all in the bloody air.

Anywho, easy there Spiff, granted letiger was wrong for doing what he did, more patiebnce is needed from him. Yet a point that I'd like to say... Spiff has a right to be annoyed by letiger. Does this, or does this not, show a lack of trust throughout the damn club? Or does this only show a lack of trust from letiger? Either way this stuff needs to be sorted by the time I get back... Saying that... When I get back this whole thing WILL have blown over, because i'll be in charge of the roster again.

letiger, to be honest, I'm disappointed in you and I have to right, as the roster manager... To be like that.

I allowed Spiff to ask to take your place because of two reasons... One, I had owed him a favour for a long while AND he had asked a while back... And two, because me and Spiff have a history. I've been through this club with this guy and I trust him, without being rude... I trust him more than I do you.

Yet, I allowed you to do the roster when you asked... But gave it to Spiff because I thought that he would be able to handle it better than you would have. I'm sorry if that's insulting, but that's just the way it is.

Jeez... And I all thought we had trusted one another.

Anywho, I will be home on Wednesday.... That's if this ash cloud doesn't pass over the UK again. BLEH! I'll be more active after Wednesday. This holiday was just what I needed to chill out and sort my head out.

I wasn't trying to say anything bad about you by saying you've posted on Monday, I was just pointing out that it wasn't a big deal if the roster got delayed a day or so because its happened before. I know that it's not the same situation, but I thought it might be similar enough to help, that's all.

There seems to be a misunderstanding. I know it's not pornographic... what I was saying at the time was that the submission SHOULDN'T have been flagged because it was not porn. My previous belief was that only porn slideshows were considered abusive, but now we know that non-interactive slideshows in general are to be flagged.

Joking. But seriously, the roster isn't that big of a deal. I mean, yeah it's cool seeing how much you improve, B/P wise, week to week. Me, I couldn't care less if it were a weekly roster, or a monthly roster.

I know it's a pretty big responsibility having to manage it week to week. I'm sure it takes a lot of work, gathering the stats and such, writing the "intro", picking random flash submissions and audio, and wiki articles and whatnot. But it's definitely no reason to get cross ways with one another, or get uber pissed and such.

I can't really speak for anyone, but in my time here I think that if Spiff really wanted to do the roster, Lizz would let him next week, even if he came back from vacation by then(Lizz allegedly owing him a favor and whatnot). I too think letiger was pretty impatient and seemingly anxious to do the roster, given the fact of the matter. Yeah, it was sort of a shit thing to do, but in my opinion that's no grounds for Spiff to go all ape-shit, even if he got pretty pissed.

If I understand the situation correctly, letiger asked first, and though Lizz gave the permission over to Spiff, I figure a "I thought we agreed I was to do the roster" or maybe "Why were you so impatient? I was supposed to post the roster this week." would have sufficed. Though, posting PRIVATE messages on the BBS does make it pretty personal, and it too is a shitty thing of letiger to do, especially if it's against the rules. I guess there is no right or wrong reaction, but still. We shouldn't let anger get the best of us. We are all in the same club, right? What's the point in that if we can't get along.

Anyway, that's my 2 cents, even though it's a little late(sorry for being a bit inactive). I don't mean to step on any toes or anything, or be offensive in anyway. It was just my opinion, and that's all.

Ye, I thought that. But I'm still pretty new here so I was just guessing. I think Spiff is probibly not too mad anymore, again just a guess. And I think Letiger has stopped posting on here from reading her last post, kinda left in a mood so I don't think she will be back. All in the past now anyway, nothing can be done about it.
