I don't think it directly threatened him. Judging from the author's comment and the reviews, it was more of an attempt to start false rumors about someone which I suppose falls under "malicious." In anycase, it got blammed so it won't be turning anyone anymore :)

True. I've always wondered, if the flash gets blammed, does that mean negative whistle points? Or does it not count?

Absolutely no points are deducted from your whistle if an abusive flash gets blammed rather than flagged. On the flip-side, you don't gain any either so in the end nothing is affected.

Irreconcilable differences are still irreconcilable it should seem.

As for the thread. I hope to serve for as long as possible now that we have been reborn. I'm glad to be able to have lasted through this horrible locking and I hope we may never forget why we got here and how. Let this be a reminder to us all that we are all responsible for our own fate or demise and that we must grow on this experience in order to stay alive. We are not above the rules when posting here or any where. You wanted to be a part of this club? well congrats. You are. Your in it and now you must abide by it's rules. It may be tough and it maybe work. But I guarantee to all of you that you can still have fun it you know how to play by the rules. I hate to say it but I won't let this happen to this thread again. You pass the badge as well as the post-count minimum, but I'm a little worried about the garbage whistle. Knowing events although, it's not too hard to get your whistle status demoted, so we'll be looking to get you to a higher level on that.

Your more recent posts look good, although the later posts seem a little "spamish" to me, but nothing that you can't improve with a little more effort. ;) (as a tip, stay away from the bandwagon threads or the threads with stories like "guys, I'm building a base. MAN THE GUNS!" "OK, I GOT TANKS!"

Not for me to judge, but by my count, I think you are a legit candidate. This is not my place at all to say, although, and until Tails gets here, just sit tight. :)

Although you pass the post and badge requirements, this is not a b/p club. Voting fairly IS part of this club, but reporting abusive flashes is an even bigger part. If I'm not taking this incorrectly, have you ever reported a flash? It's done by clicking one of the three buttons below a flash if you think it is malicious, stolen, or otherwise inappropriate. You must supply proof of this, or it will be ignored. Again, I'm sorry if you already know of this, and I assumed incorrectly.

Your posts consist of one-liners. This really needs to be improved, and you need to put a little more effort into what you put around on the BBS. Please, don't take this the wrong way; many people see the BBS as a place for fun and games, and by all means, IT IS! :) But for this club, we focus on helping others as well as protecting the portal. To ensure we have the best recruits, we take in their post lengths. Yours needs a little improvement.

Greetings, Sgt. Figter, and welcome to the NGPD! As Toilet explicitly mentioned, I'm Tails, head of the NGPD. Let's get straight down to business and see if you've got what it takes to join us.

You're well within our badge requirement, you're rather active in the BBS, and your posts are pretty good. However, as I went further back in your post records, I noticed a decline in quality. However, if anything, that should denote that you've been working on your posts so I think that you're indeed qualified to move on to the Apprenticeship!
What this means is that you'll begin a 1-week trial period to see how active you are and how you can contribute to the crew. Simply being a regular in this thread will give you a good shot at full membership. However, if you do not meet our expectations, you will not become a full member.

If you or Funnystuff haven't done so already, I urge the both of you to check out the NGPD FAQ which there is a link for in my sig - you can't miss it lol.

Congrats on becoming an Apprentice, Figter! It's great to have you onboard!

If you remember, figter came in right before the lock asking to join. He was rejected then due to his post quality. So since his post quality has been higher as of late, then it makes it clear that he has been working on it since being denied. I think he'll be a great addition to the NGPD. It's good to see everyone back in here doing good things again. Just don't relapse into your old ways with one liners and all that type of stuff. It's not gonna end good. Of course, Tails is perfectly qualified in keeping you guys in line. :P Best of luck with the fresh start. *salutes*

Also, for those of you who aren't aware, there's 2 new wannabe groups called the Brad Garret group and the Trash Troupe, so be aware of that. Right now all they've done is just submitted straight spam into the portal that has gotten blammed, but be prepared in case that start submitting stolen flashes and the like. I doubt it, but it'd be nice. I've been bored. :P

Of course you wont Figter. You may remember me from before the lock when you last requested to join. I'm Lizzardis, the roster manager for the NGPD. I make sure, and total up the amount of B/P you gain throughout the week. Right, okay guys. Listen up here. This is important.

The roster of which I postponed when we were on the private forums, will be put BACK INTO PLACE on Sunday the 15th of November. HOWEVER, it will be a blank one. Your gains will be blank, your gain per day will be blank. I will just pull the stats from Newgrounds and put them in the spreadsheet. The roster will officially start, the week AFTER, when I fill in your gain and stuff.

Its good to see that you guys are keeping up the good name of the NGPD, and that you have shown a great start in the unlocking of this club. I would hope that you guys would keep it up.

Nah, that's OK. He even bothered filling out the credits for the audio, so it's as legitimate as music videos can get. It's a specific genre of NG stuff, so I'm assuming it doesn't really matter (at least, not anymore) if the flash is centred around copyrighted audio, as long as the flash itself is original.
