I must ask this first, do you watch every one of them and vote unbiased? Because making assumptions based on the title and the author is a highly discouraged habit. I would consider it spam but not to the extent that would call for a whistle.

I agree that series is crap, and I see it as spam but there is nothing we can do except vote a zero and move on. Until other people see it as crap it will continue to pass into the portal. I think NG should have stricter rules on spam, but as we do not we must just live with it for now. Maybe I will sit and write a quality message to wade or tom on this subject.

i'm fearing and anticipating with eagerness april fool's on newgrounds. last year i flagged 4 flashes in a row that were just flat out porn. I used to think i was out numbered out there with spam vids coming thru. but so long as the ngpd is around, i'm reassured that there are still members on this site that know what it means to be a member. :)

Watch, and vote what you feel it deserves. That's all any Newgrounder can do about spam in the Portal, since a lot of it technically doesn't break any rules. It's just stupid, but if there were a rule against stupid submissions there would be a lot less Saves and a lot more flags.

No. Didn't you read the part of the first post that said that we aren't the Blam Club? If every spam movie submitted was posted here, we would become a Post Count +1 club, and ramagi would repent of her decision to allow the new thread and lock it.

Yes. In fact it is recommended that you post them here, and also at the Elite Guard Barracks. I would also recommend that you post stolen submissions at Rage's Thread in Wi/Ht, just to make sure they get flagged by the guys there. A lot of people view that thread, some looking to clean up the site, and others looking to get Whistle points. If a submission breaks the rules, they'll be more than happy to blow it, if not primarily to get it off the site, then at the very least for the points.

Not the official NGPD position, AxeWarrior. Although I'm certain that most of the people here don't like blatant spam movies, the official position has always been (as far as I've read) that the individual officer should watch, and vote what he feels the submission deserves.
