Meh, it's been really muggy here today, I got hot from just walking around lol. I signed up in 05' but only became properly active (posting, B/Ping etc) after the redesign happened. I really really really want rid of my garbage whistle now, it bloody sucks...

Alright. I just joined back up with the NGDD after a long absence and I am back to stay this time. I would like to join up with this crew for a while because it will help me to b/p more than I have been. If you check my history you will find that it is spotless and I would be a great member of this department. I will go through any probational period that you enforce and I can't wait to become a full member.

I used to be very active last summer and a couple of you might remember me. I've technically been a member this whole time, but I've been really inactive.

I'll try to post almost every day if you guys let me in (again).

Also, can I request to skip the apprenticeship and all that stuff? I used to give those out back in the day and I don't see the need...

Seriously though, good job. I never imagined that you could fill in so well as the leader. You exceeded everyone's expectations. This place seems pretty official and looks to be running smoothly.

I agree TailsPrower has done a very nice job with this crew. I know getting to the new thread was not easy. I remember because I lurked at the old thread because you were not accepting members at the time. So I had to wait until this thread was opened to join. I believe I reported in on the first page. I was proud of that.

Now I know this has been brought up before. But I think we should try and recruit members for a flash project. A NGPD flash would be epic. We could at least PM some people about it. Even if it does not work out at least we will have more active members. Just an idea.

That's a great idea dj, but I don't have flash. I'm too poor. If I did I'd suck anyway. If I had Flash I'd contribute, if I was good, I'd contribute more.

It would certainly bring more people into the club, and though the idea has tried and failed before, good luck with this one.

LOL...last year I frickin lead the project. We had a script written up and everything, but it was too much work and not enough people working on it. Flash takes time, and especially over the internet, it would be hard to collaborate. If we knew eachother in real life it might work, but I doubt we could get enough people on it.

There was also a lack of motivation. We each put in about 3-8 hours of work and we really didn't get too far. We had weapons and people drawn up, but other than that, we didn't know where to go. Everyone was doing their own thing.

If you are really committed to it than I'll definitely help, but otherwise I don't feel like helping you out.

Sheesh, Tails, lighten up a bit. I know, it's an offense and all, but you don't have to over kill on it. He was just trying to defend himself, not to mention that he didn't read the rules. You could do a lesser punishment, like maybe if they're one of the top 5 B/P gainers or something, have them disqualified instead of suspending them. After all, they might end up being one of the few onliners when a spam attack happens, but if you suspend them, they won't be able to do anything to warn other members about it. There are other ways. And yes, I am keeping in mind that he isn't in the PD.

Sorry for the double post, but for the first half, I'm talking about a punishment for the PD members who break this rule. If it's unclear, I can explain it a lot more. I'm good at making FAQ's btw, so I'm sure I could help you understand it, or maybe even help you write an up to date FAQ. A new PD needs a new and accurate FAQ, not an age old one, which would probably be better in an archive. I check up on it every month or so for memories.
