You have. It's not stolen, or re-submitted as it keeps getting reported as in the EGB. What's actually happening (I think) is the author doesn't know how to edit his flashes after submitting them, and as a result is deleting the flash and submitting a new version everytime he wants to add something to it.

If anyone's familiar with the flash options on NG here, it might be worth explaining it to him in a PM (as well as confirming what I think he's doing).

That aside, the latest one looks like it realy did get blammed (just, but a blam is a blam regardless).

Right OK, just a warning, there may be some mistakes and it may be quite late that i do the roster only because of:
1. I'm really tired after my trip to NY and it will take a few days to get my energy back
and
2. I can't get away from my family for that long to do the roster, and i have to do it at the night time....Unless I can get away....Hmmm.

Sure, everyone has a life... well, mostly everyone. :P Again, i'd help if i could but i now realize i don't even have the tools to make a roster, much less having the experience of being in the NGPD, even if i'm not really in the crew yet...

I'm not really sure, but i think you can edit the icon in the "Edit Flash" section, sort of the same as audio, except you can't edit the icon.

I know that stuff which auto-spawns pop-ups is malicious, as well as things that hide links in random places and under things like 'play' buttons, but this one's just a blatant link to another website. Is that the same as an auto-spawner as far as the rules are concerned? I can't remember if it should be whistled or not.

See for yourself; the file is only 5.2KB, and is literally a static screen with two links to what is effectively the same website.

The author said something about getting rewarded for submitting it, so I'll be willing to bet that we see a lot of the exact same thing in the near future. Best to figure out what to do with them before they end up flooding the portal, don't you think?

Oh yeah: I whistled it. It'll probably get blammed or something though.
