I just got done yesterday with all my finals, so now I have four months off which is awesome. I am leaving for two weeks starting monday though, so I'll have to get someone to deposit for me, cause I don't know how often i'll have access to comp.

I should get sinskae to do it since I just got his exp for a whole week almost now.

So far I'm doing mediocre I guess. Got an A on my english exam ( big surprise ), a C on my Algebra exam ( expected ) and a D on my Chemistry exam ( ouch! ). Luckily, neither of those finals brought down my letter grade. So I still have a B in Chem and Algebra.

I should probably start taking finals more seriously :P

English: A to A+
Science: B- to B+
Math: B-
World Civ: B+ (missed an A- by one dammed % point)
Cycles: B+ to A+ (more than one class, so it's a big range)

Couple of things with this:

Of the three listed as applicants, I can see reasonable activity from only one of them (ninjakoopa-33). Of the other two, one hasn't posted anything here besides his application and his acknowledgement of acceptance (Lawlmaster).
The other applicant has a bit more than that, but still appears to have pissed off after Mal's warning was posted.

Exactly where is the bar when it comes to deciding whether or not someone has passed the recruitment week?

Basically Mal and Poozy both came in and warned us once more about the chitchat.
I told us that we should stop talking about how to reduce spam (I.E. Portal mods, etc) and go and do the portal.

NGPD Roster - Saturday 13th June 2009
Well after last weeks roster being reset to 0, we are now back on track. I'm not seeing any big numbers here guys. Come one! Lets get back into the game and start to get some big numbers! Oh and, I think we should have a think about if we should take the 'inactive' users off the roster. They are just sitting there doing NOTHING. People like Dejanus and RS200.

I know they could come back at any minute, and I believe they probably will but, if we take them off the list and they come back and become more active we can add them again! What do ya say?

And as always I hope I haven't forgotten anything/missed anyone out/knackered your B/P up. Don't forget, I'm still new at this.

You could use the quote thing to grey them out in the list (it would remove the link, but it would also make it obvious which ones are inactive and which ones are just being lazy fuckers with their portal activity).

Lol, if he did the list an hour before he did, I would've had 0 as well, I've stopped been lazy for having nothing else to do and have received 25 B/P today. Now I'm only 43 behind Tails :P.

Actually, they should be gone by now. Rule 22 of the NGPD:
"Q: How do you deal with inactive members?
A: Simple, if they've been gone for a couple months then we take them off the list. If they return and show good faith of being a regular participant again, they can immediately become a full member again and get back on the list."

that's true, however, we were warned before about idle chit-chat. If a friendly warning had no effect, I guess they stepped up the intensity. If the rules would have been abided by in the first place, then then getting all angreh would have never happened

Not really. Its the attention he wants. The fact that his flash is being flagged means that he is getting attention.

When you write a bad review for one of their flashes, then you're giving him attention. The kind of attention they want.

When you flag their submissions, they still get attention. Just not the kind of attention they're looking for.
