I remember this one being mentioned somewhere before (I forget where, but anyway). Apparently there have been rare occasions when a flash author said his work was stolen, when it wasn't. The intent is to trick people into screwing their whistles over, so it's always best to look for more than just the author comment here.
However, if it was an obvious theft of something with an easily recognisable logo in it, it hardly matters anyway. Honestly, why do people do that? the very first rule on the flash submission page clearly states: "Your movie must not be someone else's work! We will delete your account as punishment." You can't miss it on your way to the 'submit' button.
I guess some people are just stupid like that. :/
