Happy Pico day every one!
Me and a friend of mine got into a heated discussion about the proper way to say "Pico". I'm still lost on how it is to be said. If any one can try and point me in the correct direction that would be nice. Plus I would like to show my friend prof if I am indeed saying it correctly (rub it in his face!).
On another note I have not been posting as mush as I would like on these forums. I apoligise for this, but rest assured I will be back in full swing in the next few days.
Also I am still working on a story about the NGPD to be posted hear. I want to make the first one a good one so it has been taking some time but it is still coming I did not forget.
Now Completely off topic I feel the need to express my plan for my B/Ping. I am going to keep up a steady B/p until I reach capt. Then I am going to slow down because I would like to enjoy my time hear.

It's pronounced pee-co at least that's how I say it

Its important to remember to not TELL others to flag something. This is an extremely sensitive issue because someone might begin to think we mass vote/whistle submissions and that stuff will get us shut down. Rather, SUGGEST a possible abusive movie and explain why it might be worth whistling. Be careful how you report submissions from now on.

I believe this stems from the EGB. As in real life, this is to show respect to other members and give this place a more authentic feel. Mostly we do it for fun :P

I don't think the EGB is even strict with the saluting anymore. Tho I do it simply because I feel sweet when I do haha.

"Pee-co" is indeed the correct way to pronounce it. I suppose the other pronunciation that your friend (or even, sadly, you) suggested was either "Pee-so" or "Pie-co", right?
no the way I was saying it was like "pick-o". My friend was sadly correct and shoved it in my face. Thats ok tho, at least now I know.

What I'm trying to say is that if you're arguing about Newgrounds OUTSIDE of Newgrounds, on something that trivial, then maybe you should take a break. I'm not saying talking about NG is bad, but getting mad over a trivial little thing like that is. Not all that important, but just what I think.

Well I respect your thoughts, but I shall not be taking any brakes. Yes we argue but never did we get mad. Any ways it was a great Pico day, now its over and we must wait another year. The layout at the top is now also gone. Kind of makes me sad because it was a very cool picture.

Well then, it's time to prepare for the next big day: Lock Day! May 26, everyone should probably be ready. Actually, with the state the Flash crews are in right now I can't be sure whether or not the Lock Legion will be doing much this year, but they've got to submit something, right?
Actually, this year, for me at least, Star Day was more fun than Pico Day. Maybe it's my whole obsession with crews, maybe it's the kinds of submissions that I saw, but there was just more for me on Star Day than on Pico Day.

Well, the Pico Day layout looked pretty cool for the day or so it lasted, but I can't complain now: we've got one hell of a new layout for the Tank Awards!

what exactly are the tank awards? im too lazy to actually find out what they are, but it seems kinda important, so i figure, why not ask somebody else?
