Well the problem is that if you have a garbage whistle the review mods don't pay as much attention to your reports which means THEY NEVER SEE IT.

Well, my whistle is Normal again, my whistle was formerly Bronze. I dunno why almost all users had downgraded their whistles.

if you are in the elite guard barracks and your whistle suddenly downgrades to garbage, are you kicked out?

I am Brigadier General Joshiwa from the Elite Guard Barracks. I have noticed lately some members of the NGPD commenting on their garbage whistles, as you all know to graduate to the EGB you need at least a normal whistle. I would be glad to help anyone with their whistles, if you have any questions just P.M. me and I will help you out.

Well, almost all B/P gainers here had downgraded their whistles, and I was one of them. From Silver to Bronze then it turned to Normal. Hoepfully, it will not end to Garbage.

No, they're pretty much just for show. There used to be animations that went along with this one and its Blam counterpart (which can still be seen at NG Archive), but the admins got rid of them with the redesign.

While you're on duty, you're a good guy, doing everything that a cop should do. Off duty (as in out of this thread), you break the law gratuitously, such as pulbinc drunkeness/indecency, or just liking your hookers a bit too much. Just because you're not in the thread doesn't mean you're a completley different person, and that you only need to make good posts in here.
