I own the Sonic X-treme JG 716 beta (NiGHTS VERSON) for SEGA Saturn. It sold for over 3000 dollars on ebay.

Here is a video of me playing it on a sega saturn emulator that reads CDs. (i popped the CD in my pc and played since my saturn is broken at the moment)

What about Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne ? Its a japan only release game.

Or What about SOS FINAL ESCAPE ? I have never seen that game anywere else so yeah, seems pretty rare to me....

What about the Sonic X-Treme game i posted earler. There was only 1 copy ever made.

I've got mario land, six golden coins, and Pikachu land....

So wouldnt consider it rare exactly ?

How rare do you all think Metroid II for the Gameboy is? Out of all the games I own, this game has to be the rarest one since I've only ever seen it once in the shops and I bought it when I had the chance.

I also own the first Digimon World, it's kind of hard to find.

I found my "lightforce" game for the 48k spectrum, its from 1987 so I think its pretty rare.

Rarest I have is Super Smash Bros. Brawl. So hard to find them these days *sigh*
