epic boss i ever fight was that one boss in KH2 with that ong knight guy or somthin it was at the far end of the game it was very cool with debris everywhere trying to hit you and having to do tons of specials

Most of the bosses in Rocket Knight Adventures. Although the boss where you fight Axel with robot pigs is pretty damn epic.

Also, the final bosses in death egg/doomsday zone in sonic and knuckles, I think you have to defeat robotnik about 4 or 5 times.

Aaaaaaaand there's quite a few in Alien Hominid too (Alien Hominid 2!!!!), such as the hammer and sickle boss in russia, the crazy gigantic green boss with weapons coming out of every conceivable (and some non conceivable) orifices, and the final boss.
