Funniest Enemy

There is one thing in common with video games, whether platformer, shooter... there are enemies that try to stop your progress. This enemies can be from intimidating to downright creepy. There's another side though, there are hilarious enemies, ones which provide comic relief. Wow, I'm good at this...

So my question is what is the funniest enemy you've encountered in a game? It can either be the looks, how they try to attack, dialogue, whatever!

Fawful in the first Mario and Luigi game. No Mario character before or since has been quite as ridiculous. Bonus points for somehow fitting the phrase "the mustard of your doom" into a conversation.

The "simon says" boss in Alien Hominid. It's the only boss that I can remember requiring patience instead of adrenaline to beat.
