Didn't even know this forum existed until today. Neat.

Well I play games and I've played dynasty warriors 5 but that's the only one and I liked it a lot. Of course, it was a co-op game and I love playing Co-op games with my brothers, but I played it enough to max out all characters stats, save for a few that nobody barely used, and completed musou mode with everybody on at least hard. Chaos mode is a BITCH.

I don't have any next-gen consoles but my best friend has a wii and a 360, so I've played a few next-gen games. Halo 3 is good, but I think it was WAY over hyped, but still good. Started doing legendary on co-op, I fucken suck but my friend is good so mostly I just charge in not caring if I die, because I'll just respawn again. Fun times, fun times. Xbox live is awesome, but I still suck.

Gears of war 2... I don't know what to make of it, but the first one was good. I beat it mostly start to finish at my friend's house in co-op and played on live and it was fun.

Brawl. It's really really REALLY fun. Online play is cool. Lots of cool characters, although my faveorite (yeah, I put an extra E, so what? Bite me.) is Pit. Ike is cool, too, even if a bit slow. Co-op, once again, is awesome. Really good.

GTA IV LOOKS awesome. I've heard from somewhere that it will be in a New-york/Jersey Liberty City, with no planes, but there will be helicopters. And if my friend gets it for 360, then I will definitely have a go at it. I'm looking forward to it. I absolutely LOVE the sandbox genre.

Speaking of Sandbox, Bully (Canis Canem Edit) is a good sand box for the PS2, which is the only console I own, besides emulators of old shit, along with San Andreas. Both were good, but bully was a bit short. I haven't played scholarship edition, but maybe that one is longer and improved upon some of Bully's faults. It was also incredibly easy compared to other sandboxes and it kinda gets repetitive after a while. Well, some aspects do. Most of the missions just consist of you going around, beating people up. San andreas was pretty cool too, but it was so god damn glitchy.

Saints row 2 looks good. The first one was pretty cool, so if I get a chance, I'll definitely try it out. The physics were awesome. Awesome is an awesome word.

MGS4 I can't really say anything about, as I have NEVER played ANY metal gear games. *Gasp*

I'm done for now.

I still say the retro DW are better.

Halo 3 on XBL is better.

What sucks is when the Grunts stick Plasma Grenades to themselves and charge at you.

Completely agree. People say its the best series because at the time of its release it was original, but now its doesnt really have much new to offer, same applies to alot of games not just MGS.

Well i agree, they aren't the best, but they are good in terms of gameplay and all. I haven't seen other games that work around the same way that the MGS games work.

I can't put down SmashBros but I keep coming back to Gears to purge my frustrations with not finding work. Plus, blowing off heads never gets old.

I'm so envious of anyone with any next-gen console. I own a PS2 with not that many games, and most are old. I wouldn't say I'm poor, but I definitely don't have any money for video games.

I've resorted to emulators to get my fix. Currently playing Paper mario for the 3rd or fourth time.

PS2 get Persona 3 FES it comes out next month and its a 90+ hour RPG great story and characters.

Well, for the post few hours, I've been playing GTA: San Andreas.

Just recently I started playing Madden 08 on my PSP.

I think I'm gonna stop now and play Legend of Hereos: A Tear of Vermillion.

Not a popular game, but hella fun.

So far so good, a small part of me expected this forum to fail miserably in a sea of fanboys and arguing, but it's actually turned out to be a great place and so far I'm enjoying it more than General I dare say.

Here's hoping that it can stay this way.

I happen to agree. I've decided not to add any additional topics to my list from this forum unless the thread really persuades me otherwise. Clubs & Crews are really the most "official" I'll talk about this specific topic topics. As far as I'm concerned the only threads that should be condensed are those talking about gamer tagnames, tournaments that users want to run (I'm sure we'll see some of those soon [hint hint wink wink {no you're doing it not me}]), and perhaps a console wars topic which has already been created.

Anything else and conversation will stagnate, threads will be boring, and no one will really be communicating. Plus, the forum won't have any sense of unity, the individual threads will. :/
