Anybody know a way to make quick cash without responding a Nigerian claiming to have millions of pounds locked up in a trust fund that he can't access because he needs a vast down payment he can't afford?

I should have mentioned this, I already have a job but if I got a car with the money I am earning I would be on like 17.9% APR plan, I don't want to pay more then I have to.
