What is the best type of flash software for a beginning flash animation like me? And where can i find theses flash software?

Ou can download the free flash 30 day trial here.
If, at the end of the 30-day trial, you can't afford to buy the full version of flash, you can download Liveswif, which is free, but much poorer quality than flash.

but... LiveSwif... is not really good... that's what I heard... so.. there is some VERY Cheap Program you can get... KoolMoves
but.. here on Ng.. most user use Flash so... if you need hjelp with KoolMoves.. you can go here

Toon Boom's an alternative if Flash is too expensive. You can export convert your creations into Flash files. I don't think much of it, but if you're not fussy...

The best is Flash 8, stay away from CS3, they changed how the actionscript works. Unfortunatley you can't download the trial for flash 8 anymore. The only way is to buy it now

Might as well get CS3, as you can easily change from AS2 and AS3 with a few clicks.
Go File > Publish Settings > Flash > Actionscript > Then you can change beetween the two versions.
