Legitimate snuff doesn't exist, it's all fake. Enough execution footage exists for the market to already be oversaturated with 'snuff', there's not room for a legitimate people-killing industry.
Probably the same with legitimate necrophilia, although I'd imagine it's more commonplace since it's not illegal in all countries and is easier to get away with.
No snuff has ever been recovered that was intended for commercial sale.
