It could mean many things.

1: The frame if a woman is usually fragile (not as much muscle a guy has), meaning that they are attractive.
2: They're emotionally weak.
3: Innocent.
4: You can see right through them? (shot in the dark, don't take too seriously)

Well, I don't really believe it as women come in all shapes and sizes, strong-willed (tomboys are a good example), naughty (in the bad and perverted sense), and some are hard to make sense of. :P

I think it means:

That you have to be careful with any woman, you cant just release them, you have to keep your grip, and not put too much pressure on them, otherwise, they will "shatter" in other means turn you down, and there is no fixing that, just like you cant fix glass that has been broken.
