Okay, so I've been thinking of starting a webcomic.
Why? Well, few reasons.
One, I want to practise drawing, and an obligation to do a new strip every few days will soon hone ones skills.
Two, I have a lot of ideas I want to get out of my system.
Three, PROFIT. Well, maybe not, but it would be cool if one day someone would actually pay for a t-shirt I've designed.
Now, untill I have the basic techniques down, I won't even bother starting. that's why I started this thread. I'll post consept art, and scetches here, and you guys can draw circles around parts etc.
The comic revolves around the everyday happenings of the protagonist and his friends, and occationally the nightly happenings, as they're all graffiti artists...
First piece of art. "Posse". The three main characters. If I ever do the comic, this one is a bit of a spoiler, as the girl doesn't come around at first. But yeah, the characters, in order from left to right:
1. Mia, stencil graffiti artist, and a general mysterious figure. cruddy face portrait on the purple background.
2. Sam, university student and amateur club DJ. Portrait on green BG.
3. Henry, Sams roommate and friend, constuction worker, and conspiracy theorist. Portrait on Orange BG.

Also, in case you didn't notice, I suck at drawing faces, all advice is appreciated.

I like the etching. Color choice was good too. Was this a project that you can do again in different colors?

Maybe some eye accessories like eyepatch or sunglasses? Rob Liefeld couldn't draw symetric faces so he made characters with one eye glowing (Cable) or one eye in a black patch (domino) or a mask entirely (Deadpool, Stryfe) etc.

Yeah, I've made one blue and one orange of that, and a bunch of others.
As for the eye accessories, that seems like a bit of a cop-out, I'd rather try to improve. No art now, I'll try to make a new pic later today.
