Not too bad but I'll give you some points to work on.
The Shoulders are a bit too Broad.
The body is too thick compared to the arms.
Arms come down to or just below the waist.
Legs are a bit thin and Widened too far.
Head is a bit small compared to the body.
Work on those points and it will be better.

its a nice start to build on. seeing that it appears to be on a computer i think you should resize either the desk or the person and add some background stuff.

its pretty good, though there is room for improvement.
for instance the table thing does not have a shadow and neither does the hand on it. also the knife's shadow does not make sense.

the left side of the hair needs some spike or w/e and u need 2 risize the desk to the left more like that guy said

There is nothing redeeming about this picture, the rest of the users today are just too nice to admit it. Practice doodling first on paper, work with proportions and probably most importantly, work on posing. Probably the ugliest pose is to have a 2d one, where everything in the picture is facing you directly. Just practice.
