With energy, motivation, and keeping your computer next to the toliet, I think you could make it just fine. To be honest, I think the only way you won't make it is if the mods come up with some lame excuse to ban you and since they're already on your ass I would say your screwed.

Example: I made a post in a spam thread and got banned for 2 weeks. (Of course the mod never stepped forward and said who he/she was)

Wouldn't it have been funny if a mod saw this and banned you immediately? or better yet, watched and banned you when you had a couple posts to go

Well, if you have nothing to do then yeah, it's very possible. Try to post NON spam, it'll make people hate you a lot less when everybody starts seeing your posts everywhere. Try to get into a topic which people could argue, you would be able to post a lot without it being spam!

You have absolutely no chance. That's basically 100 posts a day from here on out. Honestly you really don't have a chance in hell of doing it. 500 posts in about 5 days? I can barely get 50 in one day without running out of topics. That's so much spam that it almost seems impossible. I'm sorry, but it can't be done without being banned. I'm sorry but you just can't do it. That's 500 posts in roughly 5 days, which would force you to try and make 100 posts a day without being banned. If you get banned you'll be cramming much more posts if your older ones were deleted.

I can barely make it to 50 posts in one day without running out of topics to post in. You honestly don't have a chance in winning this bet. Enjoy your cup of toilet water.
