wow private server players?

well i just bought a new computer that has vista on it...and i installed wow and tryed to change the realmlist file but it woulndt let me...any ideas? it works on my other comp with xp on it

Aren't private servers illegal? If so you probably shouldn't post about them here otherwise you're risking a ban.
