Why are school authorities sostupid

I always wonder why the crime rate at school is so freakin high. Someone stole, like a freakin juice bottle and didn't get caught until two weeks later. I swore right when the principal passed by me and she didn't happen to notice. This guy got thrown to a locker and a freakin teacher was out in the hall. She didn't notice until 2 minutes after the fight started. It had escalated into an all out brawl. So I'm gonna ask all NG members out there, does your school have a high crime rate (if you go to one)?

the real problem is the fact that the newbie teachers have no control over the class , I know it's a result of them being newbies but it's fricken ridiculous . As is the fact that rather than split up the stupid wogs and 'tough kids' they usually dump them all i none class as to save multiple teachers trouble which makes no sense , all the fucking retard wogs are in my ITA class and it is just unbearable ; that and we have a newbie teacher for IT

my school got alot of bomb threats last year
of course i wasn;t attending my current school till the begining of this school year

where im from (australia sydney) there is cirme but not much in school, drugs are usually outside of school, no weapons( havent seen any anyways) and fights every now and then....teachers they're pretty strict and yeh

Do you really consider these examples of a "high crime rate"? It sounds like you're either in 3rd grade or you go to some tiny, pansy, parochial school.

I graduated thank god. But while I was there, there was a lot of racial tension between the thug white kids, thug asians, and thug brown kids. Lots of drugs and fights.
