MONOSYLLABIC ENGLISH WORD WITH THE MOST LETTERS!
I figured out sometime in high school like eight years ago that there is one with nine letters.
Nine letters, one syllable.
Googling it is cheating, but not unwelcome on the grounds that I want to know.
Although it's still cheating, and if you can beat a nine letter single-syllable word without Google you have my respect.

schtroumpfed. Originally a Belgian word, it contains twelve letters, and has now been assimiliated into the English language thanks to the Smurfs.
Edit: And while we're at it, there are two fifteen letter words with no repeated letters. Anyone care to venture a guess as to what they are?
