Well, not me. My friend did.

Yesterday, a friend and me were at the movies, and it was really late (like 11:00 PM). We were out of the movie theater, and I was listening to music in my Ipod, and my friend was phoning his mother with his cellphone to pick us up.

Then, a fucker came to us:

-Hey man, got a cigarrete?- He said.
-Sorry man, I don't smoke-

So he just stood up there and told me to hand over the Ipod.

-What!?- I said
-Hand it over, or I will knife you-
-Oh c'mon dude. Anything but the Ipod-

So he called another guy that was near. It was his friend, I don't know. He poked my friend in the back with a knife and told him to hand over the cellphone. So he did. My friend told me to hand him the Ipod. I said "fuck off, this shit costed me a fortune".

-Well, at least give me the money- He said.
-Look man, I only have 5 bucks-
-Ok, hand them-
-C'mon man. I need them.-

But I didn't wanted to get my wallet. I have my school ID there, and I really need it. Fortunately, a guard was passing by and saw everything. He came closer and they both started running. The guard chased them, but he only got one of them.

We just stood there, scared shitless. I asked my friend if he was ok. Then, the guard came back to us and told my friend that he got the guy who took his cellphone. Fortunately, a cop was passing by, and saw the guard and the guy struggling, and he knocked the guy down. But, it looks like that guy handed the cellphone to the other fucker, because he didn't had it.

The cop asked us what happened. We told him the story and he called another cop to take us to the police station to fill in some papers. We went, and I phoned home and I told my dad everything. So he went to pick me up to the police station.

Fortunately, they didn't injured us. But they took my friend's cellphone.

Well, I was too scared to think clearly. I was trying to distract them, because I saw people near and I hoped they would call for help.

And I don't think they could "beat the fucking life out of me". If he attacked me with nothing but fists, I could at least defend myself, don't you think?

Please compose all of your thoughts in your first post before making another thread. Either way, your friend, or you, still could have gotten shot in the face the second you didn't follow their demands. Your friends blood would have been in your hands.

Well, first, sorry for not putting everything in the first post. Second, I'm not a greedy bastard who prefers his Ipod than his friend. All of this was very unfair to me, and If I knew in the moment they were carrying knifes, I would have handed it with no doubt.I just couldn't think clearly. I do appreciate my friends life more than a crappy Ipod. I just couldn't hand something I value like that. I'm well aware I could get beaten the shit out of me, or get shot. Everybody can get shot in any moment. I guess I was very lucky.
