Yay, Obama won. Let's thank his supporters:
-The compliant mainstream media for their pro-Obama propaganda.
-Black Panthers for their intimidation of voters.

second World War. As it was the only real war that had the chance to chance the world, so I would have happily fought in it to save my party.

You do nothing as you die automatically.
If you somehow manage to stay of the front line going over the top, then you just either died through starvation, disease, shrapnel, suicide, gas, the list doesn't really end.
If you went over the top, only in a few cases did one of these assaults work, and in all cases, nearlly if not everyone died by simply being mown down.
If you suffered by shell shock, which is a mental illness from artillary fire, then you were killed by your own side for being a coward, and if you did not go over the top, or didn't continue moving untill you were dead, then your Captain would kill you.
Many people seeked refuge by shooting themselves in the foot thus getting home. Though later in the war, the generals caught on, and anyone who did this was also shot.
In conclussion, the first world war was a slaughter, and you did not want to be in it.

Actually, from the US point of view, Kosovo was the easiest. You just carpet bombed the area. Zero casualties on your side, one plane crashed, but the crew got back to safety.

The American Civil War. Sure I'd most likely be killed, but the movies, even reenacting, do not do justice to the carnage. To actually be there, to see the bloodiest American struggle with my own eyes would be gut wrenching and absolutely Amazing at the same time.
See most of the modern wars have had movies about them that fairly well recreate the true scenes. But in order to know what it was like to do things like walk over bloody PILES (literally piles of dozens of slaughtered men and boys) of bodies at Gettysburg, nothing can substitute. To really get the feelings and acually understand you had to be there.
