Wait, I suppose I was thinking in frequency. I guess that the largest number of users are 15/16, but the average is probably more like 18/19.

About the grammar, yes, on Newgrounds it's called "grammer", you're doesn't exist anymore (or it takes place of "your" due to hypercorrection), apostrophes are always at the wrong place, and "worse" and "worst" swapped positions (for example "it's the worse game ever" and "this game is worst than this")
