Disappointing that Cecil the Penguin didn't win anything and wound up with such a low score. It was very deserving of an award. Such well-done traditional animation. Most likely low scoring because of the pixelly video quality.

Agreed, Cecil the Penguin certainly should have been top five. I enjoyed it a lot more than any of the other submissions that got awards. Except Drunken Masters, which was wicked awesome.
