Cheapest legal way to get Flash 8??

Is there somwhere i can Macromedia Flash 8, or Adobe Flash 8 before it became CS3 thats nto super expensive (i am a student). I dud one stumble across a place wyhere i could get it for $79 student discount and software only, but i lost the link. Id like to upgrade, but its a bit pricey from adobe, and ebay is terrible.

Just check around Adobe's Site and I would think they somewhere have an upgrade to Flash 8 that isn't ridiculously expensive (around $80 - $100), but it's possible that the only upgrade they offer at the moment is to CS3. How much is it to upgrade up two levels? Also, check if you can get that upgrade with some sort of student discount, because they usually have that and it's even less than 1/2 the usual price.

Adobes student discounts arent much, 80 - 100 dollars is what im looking for however, i cannot Find Student + Upgrade version, i can find one or the other, but not both.

Even if it turns out to be questionable, I'd imagine you'd be protected under some consumer laws because you were unaware of it.

I dont like using ebay more becaue there arent a lot of copies there that ive found, most of them are just as expensive

eBay isn't really legit. Some random dude will probably send you a CD with a serial number attached to it. Which is probably the most illegal way to attain flash. So I don't recommend eBay.

I tryed doing that through a store here in my town, and i had the same problem. I dont think its possible to get both.

And its more then 100. Its closer to 200-250.

if you have a student license, can you legally sell or profit from something made with that version without upgrading to a commercial license?
