I suck at flash :(

I have had Flash for about 6 months and i suck bad, i cant draw worth a crap. the only thing I can draw good is stick figures. If your a profesinal drawer at flash plz give me some tips. I would also like to see some of your work, and would like to know how long youve been using flash.

hey i haven't been flashing very long but the best way to learn is practice and my friend make things professionally and he uses a graphics tablet. i suggest if you real want to get into flash and are willing to spend about another 100$ on it the go and buy a tablet. its like drawing on a piece of paper.

I'd suggest you be patient then.

Most flashmakers take years (not months) to get to the level they're at. They learn actionscript, even Trigonometry in some cases for games.

If you want to become a truly good flashmaker, I'd suggest going through the tutorials here, and if you have a major question about flash after going through those tutorials, check the Flash forum out.

I have sen them at Best Buy and Circuit city. Maybe they even have them at PC Richards.

And if you want me to add my two sense i have a few drawing tips. The best thing i have done was tracing pictures. Take a picture of somehting simple online. Like an object person or setting. Then outline it with the line tool. Then fill it in with the appropriate colors. Then zoom in and add shading to different spots. Like under the nose below the hairline etc. If you are good at using the flash tools then this type of exercise is a good idea. If your learning to draw heads or faces i suggest this or this tutorial respectively.
