this shouldn't be happening with the line tool. Check what setting its under, maybe its your monitor or something

Either select the drawing and go to Modify > Shape >Optimize (Alt + Ctrl + Shift + C).
Or change the smoothness in properties when you select the brush tool.

Wait, just to add to it, say I use the line tool and make a perfect straight line, then with my mouse make it curve, should it appear kinda blurry then? Optimizing doesn't help.......
