Why is it that even when I use the line tool and draw a perfectly straight line it can look kinda blurryish in some areas of the line??? I just don't get it..............
this shouldn't be happening with the line tool. Check what setting its under, maybe its your monitor or something

Either select the drawing and go to Modify > Shape >Optimize (Alt + Ctrl + Shift + C).
Or change the smoothness in properties when you select the brush tool.

Oh woops, didn't read the question properly, the first line might help though.
Fuck maybe it is my monitor.......damn thing does act funny sometimes.....thanks anyways
Wait, just to add to it, say I use the line tool and make a perfect straight line, then with my mouse make it curve, should it appear kinda blurry then? Optimizing doesn't help.......
