Truly the end of an era for both Green Bay and the NFL. His next stop will definitely be in Canton.

Yep. I would imagine he'd go in the hall as soon as he's eligible. He's arguably one of the greatest players of this era, and its kind of sad to see him go. But you know...he is super old and stuff.

Old, but the fucker looks good. Who the hell would be a better choice for those Wrangler ads he does?

I'm a Colorado native, and I really wanted Elway to come back for 3 in a row, but he made the right choice. Favre probably did the right thing, too. It's just sad to see him go. He's been around for most of my life, and he's always been a class guy.

Whoa, when I clicked on this, I thought he died or something.
Anyway, farewell to the NFL, Mr. Favre. I guessed it was coming sooner or later, but it's still a surprise. Green Bay fans are now crying softly into their cheeseheads as we speak.

Good golly hes finally hanging it up. He had one last chance to go out on top, and the Giants fucked him over.
I am personally glad to see him go. We all knew he just wanted the numbers, and now that he has them... Well, he had fun didnt he?
