Okay, so I know Photoshop threads don't typically do too well, but I thought this was a valid one, seeing as your work could potentially be showcased in my school library.

We thought adding a person into the photo below would make for a subtle yet hilarious change.

The idea is to put somebody into the high quality version and match the quality. This was scanned at a high quality.

I don't feel like doing it right now but If you want to
remove the noise from the picture just go into the channels,
find the one with the most noise and apply a surface blur.
