It was a large party and I didn't process it happening quick enough to react and then he was far enough away. Plus, the first time he tried it almost looked like an accident because he clearly had practic, upon latter reflection. After he tried two more times and the music was crappy we left without confrontation. I figured that since he was in a frat and noone was his friend there (he was clearly alone) someone else would deal with him later.
