It needs to be a Jped or Gif, and it has to be no larger than 599px wide X 700px tall.
In addition, you have to do it through the "include picture" "browse" ability when you're posting up a new reply.
Anyway, to get back on topic, this art looks kinda doodly and scribbly, which may have been intentional, but I'm a bit of a picky bitch when it comes to such things.
Just imagine I wrote something witty and funny here....
