everything's fine cept a few things. it's just so flat and..just looks wrong. the thumb needs to go in more, and closer to the others. And his forearm is too straight, too long. Normal arms don't go down to people ankles. so try and bend his shoulder downn, annd forearm out. the other arm has a differant problem, it's too short. and too thin. beefen it up, and make it longer.

and i can see what yoiu were doing with the 'hair covering eyes' thing. Try to make the eye are DARKER, cuz it looks unnatural as it is. and add more detail and depth to the hair.

Other than that, a decent drawing :)

I don't really like how the flames have more of a 3D perspective while the drawing of the guy is 2D, give the person a less flat appearance, spark it up a little with shadows, or highlights.

As for the flames, I hate the extreme brightness of it, the flames are a total eyesore and I would suggest you change them completely, they're quite distracting from what appears your trying to get the drawing focused on.

Both the arms are far too skinny, and the hand holding the flame looks way to flat, fix up the fingers.
I don't like the creses in the clothes, they don't stay up like that droop them more.

Anyways, fix up those and it will be a pretty good drawing.
