1.go here to make
2. use a program on it if you like (photoshop, pivot, mspaint ect.)
3. post it here.

there are rules and i have a blog and ill choose a top five. you will be worshiped by people. (including lots and lots of n00bs :p)
break one of the rules and youll never be on the top five. and you can battle with your cards here if you like.

rules:
1. no hentai/porn/nudity
2. no foul language (f*ck Sh*it D*mn *ss ect)

ive posted this before but i made ajustment and a mod locked it. I KNEW THE OTHER ONE WAS THERE YOU MOD! i used a program

You honeslty don't get the actual point that I am raising. The Mods are failing, lately they have actually been workking slow and in some cases not at all, this is not something I am getting bitchy over, this is a prime example of the recent failings, I am not sure how they are going to improve, but I know that new mods won't do it as can be seen by the pathetic excuse that Muffin turned out to be.
