Pico Munny

An unexpected box arrived at our door this morning! I opened it to reveal another box, wrapped in yellow paper... I slowly peeled away each layer, holding the box out away from my lap, so it wouldn't blow my legs off if it was a bomb.

Lifting away the padding inside the box, I was relieved (and giddy) to see PICO! It was Lalo's Pico Munny! I know I'm biased, but it's my favorite Munny. If you missed out on the whole Munny contest, you can check it out on Luis' site.

Also included was a note demanding more features for the Audio Portal, as well as a smaller reminder note reading: "ALSO WHERE IS THE NG CHAT AND THE STORE AND THE REDESIGNED NG MAG? >:("

No comment.

Also note, Pico Day is April 30th! This year, you can also submit games or movies based on the Bots, Tankmen, or the gang from Dad 'n Me.

Prizes:

1st Place: $3,000
2nd Place: $2,000
3rd Place: $1,000
4th Place: $1,000
5th Place: $1,000
6th - 10th: $500

It's a little less than last year, but we live in uncertain times and we are working hard to bring some exciting, related announcements as the date approaches. But like I said, uncertain times.

Awesome munny. $3,000? Wow, I don't think I've actually been online for Pico Day unfortunately, but I hope it gets real competitive for the money. You know, how you love to see a fight at a sports game or something.

My Pico Day story is probably cancelled, but no one knew anyway, so that's good, yay.

Those are still some insane prizes.
Though I don't have time to enter this year, and don't want to tempt myself into an even larger overload, those prizes are still quite enticing and I can't help but mentally subtract that figure from my massive tuition. However, making a movie simply for monetary gain is pretty lame, especially when it's a contest.
Hope it goes well and looking forward to the resulting movies and games.

Oh...you're right. I guess I read "Audio Portal" and "PRIZES OMG" and kinda put the two together.

The Pico is adorable :3 He doesn't look ready to kill... hmmm.

A Pico vs the Bots (lol carrotclock) film would be pretty funny.. we have so many more bots now! Glad to see Carrot is still active these days ;) Of course I won't win any prize money because I'm a busy bee, but making something for fun might still be nice... I really need to participate in more of the NG themed days :/
