Haha, I've been considering working out too. Ever since I stopped playing baseball due to my arm I have been a lazy ass mofo. My school even just got a nice new weight room that's open to all students...maybe I should head up there right now instead of sitting on my ass...

Don't read this sentence.
I can't stress how important it is to develop a schedule and follow it religiously for a month or so. After that point, it will feel wrong when you miss a workout, and it becomes extra motivation.
Try running, try sit-ups, push-ups. You can get into exercises that target specific muscles once you tone a bit and have some background and physical activity.

Same here, I tried doing lots of press ups every night for a few months but now I've just got huge muscles on my arm and skinny as fuck everywhere else.
