Goddamnit I have to stop this shit and fix my sleeping schedule so I can actually wake up for school.

Any tips on normalizing it when I just stay up all night wide eyed, restless, and get tired in mornings?

Drink caffeine when your alarm goes off (if you have one) it will wake you up or it should do.

Ok this is what you do.

You stay up for the whole day until the next day. You will feel like shit. But once you touch your bed you will be sleeping. So go to bed at around 9 or 10 that day. I normally go to bed at 11 since my mom wakes me at 7:30 so im k.

Coffee helps considerably in the morning. If you can get any of of that, I recommend it. It's effect weras off after a bit though, and it can mae you feel like shit while you still want to sleep physically. Could you get any coffee at school also?

Then there's caffeine pills. I've never used them, but I've heard they're very effective at the expense of fucking you up sometimes. I know there's restrictions on them in some places too.

I've tried that 30 hour sleep deprivation thing, I just wind up power napping 15 hours and oversleeping again.

Nope doesnt work...Your body would be all active and shit and it would take longer to get to sleep. So...before going to bed you must not:
Watch Tv or go on the pc because of something to do with the lights(give it about 30 mins)
Drink milk, nothing like coffee or tea or any fizzy pops. If you can make it warm milk.
And I think having a soothing bath. Yeah that should calm down your body.

When in the bed do not move too much, find a nice position and stay in that position for ever!
Always keep your eyes closed. ALWAYS!
And think of you starring in the next Star Wars film with really uber powers that surpass jedi and sith powers. And you are like the new chosen one and you have to kill wrinkly old Luke.! And you make your own rebelion!

Too much into my own thing there...

Just be strict with yourself, think of it as being selfish to you in the morning, because the you in the morning is going to be tired if the you in the night before dosen't go to sleep.

So lets say in the day run or do some really active stuff, even get into a fight or something. You will get tired and stuff.

I'm sorry, I laughed.

Hmm, don't drink anything (caffeine-containing) or eat anything before going to bed, so you get to sleep earlier. Go to bed at somewhere at 10 PM, max.
Think you need to wake up at 7 AM. This is my key, I have never slept too long, and I'm always on time for school. When the weekends end, my biological clock just wakes me up at 7 AM.
But yeah, that takes some time.

Just have somebody wake you up, that's the most easy way. You'll get used to it, while the first week or so may feel like shit.

I have the same problem, I constantly wake up late,therefore I am always late to college. Some days, I dont even make it in. I should just stop being lazy.
