Hmm, don't drink anything (caffeine-containing) or eat anything before going to bed, so you get to sleep earlier. Go to bed at somewhere at 10 PM, max.
Think you need to wake up at 7 AM. This is my key, I have never slept too long, and I'm always on time for school. When the weekends end, my biological clock just wakes me up at 7 AM.
But yeah, that takes some time.
Just have somebody wake you up, that's the most easy way. You'll get used to it, while the first week or so may feel like shit.
