Just send a PM to Wade, or alternatively send an e-mail, with the original link, the link to the stolen submission here on NG, and all other pertinent information. Make sure that it has "Newgrounds Help" in the title, maybe something like "Newgrounds Help: Stolen Content"; that'll make it more likely that he'll look at it. When he gets time, he'll look at it, and determine whether it's stolen or not. If he says that it's stolen, he'll delete it. If he doesn't think so, he'll do nothing. Simple as that.
