City shaken by minor earthquake
Parts of Greater Manchester have been rocked by an earthquake. The tremor at 1150 BST on Friday affected Manchester centre, Reddish, Didsbury, Failsworth and Denton.
I didn't feel shit. I'm about 60 miles away I think, in Lancaster.

I haven't ever been in an earthquake before... I've almost been in a tornado...
I saw it forming in the sky when it passed over my house... scary shit.
Hm... isn't there supposed to be an after shock when earthquakes happen...
If there is one, I hope you enjoy it :D, you were asking for more.

Both my news link and yours are old. It was in the 'most popular' section but that must be due to people searching 'Earthquake'.

Yeah of course. I think this whole triple topicness is pretty cool... you guys were probably quicker than anynews agency... hence I know about the minor UK earthquake before most people!

I didn't feel anything down here in Warwick, about twenty miles south east of Birmingham or so. Coincidentally, my Dad was telling me of an earthquake he felt once, also in Derby. I blame the hills and such.
If there was something, it wasn't very drastic. Nothing's fallen off shelves or anything.
Felt here in Stockport. Seems pretty large, have seen reports over pretty much all of England, which makes it much bigger than the '02 Dudley quake which seemed nowhere near as big.
