I'd agree with you on that one, I don't think that anything short of the standard set in Waterlollies would nearly be sufficient to merit serious consideration. With all due respect to the other authors featured in the top 50, Waterlollies is so far beyond anything else that's done there that it's practically in a category of its own. Granted, I've been hearing good things about someone by the name of Egoraptor, but seeing as I haven't seen his work, I shan't pass comment thereupon just yet. In all seriousness, though, if you were to attempt anything on the magnitude you're suggesting (winning an Oscar), then you're going to need to be putting out that level of work, if not higher. Again, I mean no disrespect to any other authors, especially seeing as various other works are in my favourites, but realism needs to be applied here, I reckon.
